京味儿秋冬保健饮品“小吊梨汤”
“小吊梨汤”是北京的一款传统饮品,秋季可起到清咽润喉、化痰润肺、滋阴降噪等功效。梨汤是根据不同的功效来配伍一些材料的,熬制的配方有几款,可根据不同的需要来调配,此款汤可去火可进补,既好喝又有多重的保健疗效。今天只做其中的一款,做法如下;

  • 雪花梨一个,450克
  • 银耳50克
  • 甘草3克
  • 陈皮3克
  • 乌梅一粒,4克
  • 山楂片5克
  • 冰糖50克
  • 红糖15克

Steps to make 京味儿秋冬保健饮品“小吊梨汤”

  • 1.锅中放适量清水,下入切好的梨块和除红糖外的所有配料。
  • 2.用大火煮开改小火煮一个半小时(90分钟)。
  • 3.梨汤煮一个半小时后放入红糖,然后再继续煮30分钟即可。
  • 4.梨汤煮好后用细筛滤净残渣。
  • 5.把煮好的梨汤舀入耐高温的壶中,最好使用铜壶,如没有使用瓷壶也可以。
  • 6.冬季可放在微火上保温,饮用时倒入碗中,以喝热的为最佳。
