  • 1.黄油室温软化。1只鸡蛋打成蛋液,低筋面粉300g、细砂糖30g、盐6g、软化黄油150g拌匀后。
  • 2.加入鸡蛋一个搅拌成团,在伴入水15ml提高粘性。
  • 3.将面团平铺模具底部压平,四边位置略高,以防果酱加热糖分粘黏模具。

  • 6.加入鸡蛋两个继续拌匀,加入低筋面粉250g与泡打粉2g,搅拌至无干粉即可。
