  • 1.五花肉放入锅中添入适量水,加入葱、姜、花椒粒、八角,煮30分钟。

  • 4.锅中放入少量油,放入五花肉煸炒。
  • 5.炒到肉片吐油,成金黄色盛出,蓖出多余油备用。
