Steps to make 黑椒牛排

  • 1.牛里脊肉切成薄片,用刀背或肉垂将肉锤散
  • 2.放红酒、耗油、黑胡椒、鸡精、生抽,戴一次性手套抓匀后放香油
  • 3.盖保鲜膜冷藏,腌制两小时
  • 4.准备煎牛肉前在牛肉上拍少许干淀粉
  • 5.将白糖、生抽、红酒、黑胡椒粒、淀粉调汁
  • 6.锅内倒入油炒蒜末洋葱丁,倒入料汁翻炒均匀,倒入淀粉汁翻炒成黑胡椒汁
  • 7.将螺旋粉煮熟待用
  • 8.平底锅内倒入油,油温八成熟后改小火下牛排,煎制一面变色凝结后翻面
  • 9.放螺旋粉、浇上黑胡椒汁,大功告成!
