鹿鹿的喷香四溢炒卤面
本人是正宗陕西人 从小就吃面条长大 吃的种类那也多到数不清楚 今天就发一个自己做的炒卤面给大家 希望大家都能喜欢 真的很好吃哟~~ 嘿嘿 大家都动起来吧~~  呦吼~

    Steps to make 鹿鹿的喷香四溢炒卤面

    • 1.把卤面散放在蒸锅里,盖盖蒸15~20分钟
    • 2.面蒸好后,用筷子挑散,让面条散开
    • 3.把面条倒在案板上晾开,放在一遍备用
    • 4.把黄豆芽,豆角,芹菜洗好切好.臊子肉可放可不放看个人喜好,葱姜蒜切好备用(芹菜没照上,不好意思阿~嘿嘿)
    • 5.给油锅中倒入油,加热
    • 6.油热后,倒入葱姜蒜爆出香味之后,倒入豆角
    • 7.小炒一会,放入五香粉
    • 8.倒入芹菜后,炒匀,放入适量酱油
    • 9.炒匀以后倒入豆芽和臊子肉,翻炒
    • 10.把臊子肉埋在菜中间,加入盐
    • 11.炒匀后,倒入少量水,让菜在锅中炖一会
    • 12.菜炖熟后,加入面条,把它们翻炒均匀,小炒一会即可出锅
    • 13.喷香四溢的炒卤面就好拉~~ 很香吧~ 嘿嘿
