    Steps to make 【粤菜】——南瓜饼

    • 1.将南瓜去皮、去瓤,洗净,沥去水份,切成大块。放入盘中,上屉蒸熟,放凉后去皮。
    • 2.捣成南瓜泥。
    • 3.根据个人口味加入适量的白糖,搅拌。
    • 4.加入糯米粉搅拌均匀。
    • 5.加入中筋粉搅拌均匀。
    • 6.揉成南瓜面团(以不粘手为准)。
    • 7.每25克左右下一个面剂,放入红豆沙馅料,包好,压成直径6厘米大小的南瓜饼生柸。
    • 8.面包糠放入一个干净无水的盘里,将南瓜生柸两面都沾上面包糠。
    • 9.不粘锅加入适量调和油,油温6成热放入南瓜饼生柸,煎至两面呈金黄色、鼓起熟透时即可出锅装盘食用。
