香辣花卷
香葱花卷经常吃,今天就换一个味道,加了辣油做花卷,香香辣辣的,全家都爱吃呢。

  • 温水130g

Steps to make 香辣花卷

  • 1.面粉加入酵母、温水和成面团。
  • 2.发酵至两倍大。
  • 3.将面团擀成长方大片,撒上盐。
  • 4.淋入辣油涂抹均匀。
  • 5.均匀撒上,香葱碎。
  • 6.自上而下卷起。
  • 7.再切成等份的小段。
  • 8.用筷子在中间压出印痕。
  • 9.将面团两边拉长翻转成为花卷生坯。
  • 10.放入蒸锅继续发酵15分钟。
  • 11.大火蒸制15分钟,关火,蒸好后焖3分钟开盖,即可。
