白萝卜蹄膀汤(肘子汤)

Steps to make 白萝卜蹄膀汤(肘子汤)

  • 1.猪蹄膀(肘子)洗净
  • 2.放入锅中焯水、冷水大火煮沸
  • 3.去掉血水后捞出,如有残毛、清理干净后在冲洗干净
  • 4.处理干净的蹄膀放入锅中、加入清水、(为了去腥加姜片、葱段、少许料酒)大火煮开后转小火慢炖两小时
  • 5.白萝卜洗净去皮、切滚刀块
  • 6.在最后半小时放入白萝卜,大火煮开后转小火慢炖
  • 7.在炖煮过程中、白萝卜的清甜和蹄膀的鲜美都会透过锅盖和锅体之间的缝隙慢慢飘散出来、这味道藏也藏不住、馋人细无声
  • 8.炖好后的汤加少许盐、在撒上少许香菜或葱花即可
