喜欢吃肠粉的小伙伴们往这看,哈哈!最近发现一款家庭自制肠粉神器——稻田白鹭肠粉机。小巧轻便,使用简单重点是做肠粉真的是太方便了。以往都是用蒸锅做,经常被烫到,这回不用担心了,火力正好,而且好清洗。我觉得用它
还可以做好多好吃的,小可爱们等着我继续探究它的新功能,嘻嘻!

  • 清水280克
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 香肠1根
  • 2瓣
  • 1根
  • 老抽1勺
  • 生抽2勺
  • 食用油少许

Steps to make 家庭快手肠粉

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.将白鲨肠粉专用粉与清水混合搅拌均匀,生抽老抽与蒜沫混合(可加少许清水),葱切沫,香肠切丁,鸡蛋打散。
  • 3.在稻田白鹭肠粉机中加入适量清水。
  • 4.开启机器,我一般会调到常通的状态,这样比较方便。
  • 5.将蒸盘刷上一层食用油,然后放入肠粉机中。
  • 6.倒入适量的肠粉糊,可通过调整蒸盘使面糊均匀的平铺。
  • 7.待肠粉快凝固的时候倒入适量的鸡蛋液。
  • 8.再撒上香肠丁和葱花盖上盖子焖1-2分钟。
  • 9.蒸好后用刮板把肠粉卷起来。
  • 10.这是做好的肠粉。
  • 11.再淋上调好的料汁就OK了。
