Steps to make 重庆辣子鸡

  • 1.鸡腿肉剁成小块。加入生抽、白糖、盐、料酒、五香粉腌制半个小时以上,加入淀粉全蛋液搅拌均匀。
  • 2.锅中倒油,油热后放入鸡腿丁炸制,变黄后捞出,再进行复炸至金黄。
  • 3.锅底留油,加入两种切段儿的二荆条辣椒,以及灯笼椒,花椒爆香,然后加入切好的葱姜蒜翻炒。
  • 4.加入鸡腿丁继续翻炒,再加入少许的盐翻炒均匀后,出锅前加入小葱段即可。
