  • 月饼馅料400g

Steps to make 可可冰皮月饼

  • 1.准备好冰皮月饼粉,还有烘焙白油,水要用矿泉水或者凉开水。
  • 2.将水倒入冰皮月饼粉中,将月饼粉揉成光滑的面团。
  • 3.面团中分次加入白油,继续将面团揉匀。
  • 4.将面团分成两半。
  • 5.在另一半面团中揉入可可粉。
  • 6.可可粉完全与面团融合后,将两份面团放入冰箱冷藏室松弛1小时。
  • 7.将准备好的馅儿料分成50g的圆球备用。
  • 8.将面团分成50g重的面剂,按成原片像包包子一样包好揉圆。
  • 9.将月饼胚放进月饼模具中,然后压成月饼。
  • 10.樨儿做了原味儿的和巧克力的,还蛮好操作的。
