烤牛奶的做法并不复杂,初一看名字会觉得奇怪,“牛奶”怎么还能“烤”?纯牛奶经过简单处理,不只能烤,还能烤得“有色、有香、有形”。爱吃甜点的朋友一定要试试,家里有不喜欢喝奶的朋友,也可以试试,没准会喜欢它呢。入口后味道甜香、口感细腻,美妙滋味让人无法抗拒。

Steps to make 烤牛奶

  • 1.准备各种材料,此配料用量,可以用6寸蛋糕模具,或者水果条模具,或者乳酪盒子都可以。
  • 2.找一个小奶锅,倒入淀粉、细糖、蛋黄和纯牛奶。
  • 3.充分搅拌均匀,鸡蛋黄、淀粉跟牛奶完全拌均匀。加几滴柠檬汁,味道会更加清爽。
  • 4.开中火煮牛奶,期间放上奶酪片,用这种早餐奶酪片就可以。
  • 5.煮的同时需要不停搅拌,随着温度升高,锅中的牛奶糊会变稠,如图中这样就可以关火了。
  • 6.准备模具,如果是不粘模具,可以直接把奶糊倒入其中,但为了方便移出成形的奶块,铺上烘焙油纸更方便。不必铺满四壁,如图这样就成。
  • 7.把煮好的奶糊装入模具中,表面尽可能抹平。之后自然放凉,或者包好后入冰箱放凉。
  • 8.放凉后的奶糊变成豆腐样,取出奶块,改刀切成大小合适的块。
  • 9.烤盘中铺上油布或者油纸,放上奶块,表面刷上蛋黄液,这里的蛋黄是配方之外的,因为煮奶糊和烤牛奶并不是同时进行,这里的蛋黄需要另外准备一个。
  • 10.烤箱提前200度预热,放入奶块后定时20分钟,
  • 11.烤好后及时出锅,趁热吃口感特别软嫩,香甜的气息扑面而来,特别享受。
