花甲蒸蛋
年前买了一斤花甲准备爆炒,
但小朋友有些上火,便留了几个出来蒸着吃。
花甲蒸蛋,非常的鲜美!

Steps to make 花甲蒸蛋

  • 1.备好食材,买回来的花甲用淡盐水养着。
  • 2.锅里烧开适量水,把花甲放进烫至开口便马上捞起,再冲冼干净备用。
  • 3.鸡蛋打进容器里,加少量盐和几滴米酒拌匀,再加进约为蛋液1.5倍的水一起搅拌。
  • 4.把拌匀的蛋液用过滤网过滤一遍,再加少量油拌匀。
  • 5.把花甲放进,在碗面上铺上一层保鲜膜,并用牙签扎上几个小孔。
  • 6.直接放进烫过花甲的锅里蒸约十分钟左右。
