Steps to make 提拉米苏

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.将速溶咖啡粉加入浓缩咖啡中,要使咖啡全部熔化,如果不够可以加点水。

  • 11.吉利丁片用冷水浸泡,隔水加热至吉利丁液。
  • 12.淡奶油打至六分发。
  • 13.马斯卡彭变软后搅打顺滑。
  • 14.蛋黄糊加入打至顺滑的奶酪糊,加入吉利丁片液,在加入打发好淡奶油,拌匀即可。
  • 15.砂糖加入咖啡中待凉加入朗姆酒刷到手指饼上,八寸圆形模具铺一层手指饼倒一层奶酪糊。在铺一层手指饼。
