  • 1.准备的材料,实际用了2个鸡蛋
  • 2.鸡蛋打入碗中搅散,倒入温开水,边到边搅,水温在80度左右

  • 4.蛋液过筛,去掉泡沫
  • 5.装蛋液的容器覆上保鲜膜,在保鲜膜上扎眼
  • 6.放入蒸汽烤箱中,用蒸的功能,10分钟
  • 7.到时取出
  • 8.非常光滑的表面,没有气泡
