香辣烤鸡翅

Steps to make 香辣烤鸡翅

  • 1.鸡翅洗净,原材料准备好;
  • 2.在鸡翅的两面切划3刀,让鸡翅腌制时容易入味;
  • 3.把蒜蓉和配料放入装鸡翅的碗中,搅拌均匀;
  • 4.盖上保鲜膜,放在冰箱保鲜室里腌制30分钟;
  • 5.将锡纸铺在烤盘上(哑光面朝上),然后腌好的鸡翅放入烤盘。
  • 6.烤箱预热200度,选择上下烤功能,将烤盘放入烤箱中层;
  • 7.烤制15分钟时取出鸡翅,两面再刷上一层蜂蜜;
  • 8.放入烤箱再烘烤10分钟使其均匀上色即可;
  • 9.取出烤好的鸡翅!
