豆浆蛋糕
不知道该叫什么名字,这款蛋糕纯粹是为了消耗做甜品时剩余下来的蛋白。将牛奶换成豆浆,没有了蛋黄,口感也比戚风韧一些,不过很清爽,颜色也较养眼。吃多了绵软的蛋糕,换个口感也会有惊喜。改良版的天使蛋糕。

  • 低筋面粉100g
  • 玉米淀粉20g
  • 蛋白250g
  • 豆浆60g
  • 色拉油85g
  • 白砂糖60g

Steps to make 豆浆蛋糕

  • 1.豆浆中分次加入色拉油搅拌均匀。
  • 2.加入过筛的低筋面粉、玉米淀粉切拌均匀备用。
  • 3.蛋白分三次加入白砂糖打至干性发泡状态。
  • 4.取少量蛋白霜放入面糊中切拌均匀。
  • 5.再分三次用刮刀将面糊与蛋白霜切拌均匀。
  • 6.拌好的面糊倒入铺好油纸的烤盘中,抹平表面,振出气泡。入预热好的烤箱中160度18分钟左右。
  • 7.取出放凉。
  • 8.切块抹上蓝莓果酱即可。
