这道菜,应该是属于日系菜,可能并不是什么名菜,但我非常喜欢包括果果。鸡肉鲜嫩,面衣也很有味道。

Steps to make 酥炸蒜香柠檬胡椒鸡

  • 1.将鸡肉切成小块,将柠檬汁 蒜泥 盐 鸡精 酒混合搅拌均匀,将鸡肉块腌渍15分钟。
  • 2.将土豆淀粉 盐黑胡椒碎砂糖混合拌匀,裹上鸡肉块搅均匀,用力握一下。
  • 3.平底锅中倒入足量的油,加热。把鸡块皮向下放入锅中,炸成金黄色后翻面,转中小火炸至熟透。
  • 4.盘子中铺一些生菜,放入鸡肉。可以开吃了
