Steps to make 清蒸肉饼

  • 1.梅花肉剁成末。
  • 2.菜脯切成碎粒 。
  • 3.用葱姜末泡葱姜水。
  • 4.碗中放入肉末 、菜脯粒、盐、蚝油、胡椒粉、淀粉, 搅拌均匀 。
  • 5.葱姜水分三次加入,一直搅拌至与肉完全融合,再放入适量的油锁住水分 。
  • 6.搅拌好的肉饼用手摔打几下,做出来的肉饼才爽口弹牙 。最后平摊入盘中。
  • 7.入锅蒸20分钟 。
  • 8.时间到 ,在肉饼表面淋上酱油和香油 ,撒上葱花, 再盖上盖焖20秒即可。
  • 9.成品。
