Steps to make 花环豆沙面包

  • 1.将面粉,30克蛋液,水,酵母,糖,盐,奶粉放入大盆中,揉成均匀面团。
  • 2.加入黄油,揉成可以撑成薄膜的面团。
  • 3.盖上保鲜膜,放在温暖的地方发酵。
  • 4.发酵至面团变成两倍大。
  • 5.轻揉面团将气排出,将面团分成十分,盖上保鲜膜醒15分钟。
  • 6.等待期间,将豆沙分成30克10份。
  • 7.将面团压扁,包住豆沙,收口朝上,放在砧板上压扁。

  • 9.将长条面饼翻过来卷起。
  • 10.有划痕的口子朝外挽成环形。
  • 11.放在烤箱中进行二次发酵,发酵完成后刷上蛋液。
