Steps to make 桂花糖芋艿

  • 1.芋艿用小刀把皮刮净,刮好的芋艿放入清水中备用。(我买的刮好的)
  • 2.锅中放入适量水,放入芋艿。
  • 3.放入一小勺小苏打。放入少许冰糖。
  • 4.芋艿大火煮开后转中小火,大约煮30分钟左右。用筷子可以轻松插入即可。
  • 5.把糖芋艿放入碗中,放入少许桂花即可食用。
