从来都不怎么爱吃杏仁核桃,最近发现原来这有营养的东东做起曲奇和蛋糕味道相当棒,很香很香......虽然曲奇还是挤得这么丑^.^”

  • 蛋液35G
  • 香草粉1/2小勺

Steps to make 杏仁核桃酥曲奇

  • 1.准备了所有材料
  • 2.黄油切成小块,隔水软化
  • 3.软化发的黄油加入细砂糖搅拌均匀
  • 4.分三次加入蛋液,每次都要搅拌至均匀混合才能加入下一次
  • 5.核桃放入烤箱烤一会,待凉却后再放入研磨机磨成粉末
  • 6.研磨好的核桃装好备用~
  • 7.将低筋面粉香草粉混合筛入
  • 8.用刮刀轻轻翻拌均匀
  • 9.翻拌成如图所示浓稠的曲奇糊
  • 10.将面糊装入裱花枪里备用
  • 11.在放有油纸的烤盘上挤出花形,中间要间距一些小距离。在挤好的曲奇中间放上一小片杏仁片,用手指轻轻按一下。
  • 12.烤箱预热5分钟,170度20分钟左右。
