猕猴桃绿茶班戟
班戟是pancake的粤语音译,用广东话发音就叫“班戟”,原来的意思是薄煎餅、薄烤饼。这样一来大家就好理解了, “猕猴桃奶油煎饼果子”,即是在煎饼里面包裹着香浓的奶油和新鮮水果。外层Q润的蛋奶皮,香滑冰爽的奶油再将清香鲜甜的猕猴桃包入,让人惊喜的完美组合,吃到口中瞬间即溶的甜蜜,让人意犹未尽。

“猕猴桃绿茶班戟”,做起来很简单,只需要不粘平底锅,在家就自己也能做出来。值得注意的是:先调好面糊,注意一定要过筛,这样才能摊出表面光滑,有光泽,颜色均匀,薄而柔软的面皮来。其次是要掌握好火候和时间,摊的时候面糊尽量少些,能铺满锅底就行(如果怕掌握不好可以进行离火操作);火一定要小,表皮一凝固就要关火出锅,不用翻面。

做好了面皮,其它的就变得非常简单,包上自己喜欢的水果,在家很轻松打造超人气港式甜品,咬上一口,果肉在味蕾绽放,绝对是一种舌尖的上的享受。

  • 绿茶粉3克
  • 动物性奶油60克

Steps to make 猕猴桃绿茶班戟

  • 1.准备好原材料;
  • 2.将鸡蛋打入碗中, 加入牛奶搅拌均匀;
  • 3.再加入融化的黄油, 搅拌均匀;
  • 4.加入糖粉搅拌均匀;
  • 5.再加入过了筛的低筋面粉和绿茶粉,搅拌均匀;
  • 6.再将绿茶面粉糊过筛; 8. 这样绿茶面粉糊就完成了;
  • 7.烧热锅,在锅底刷层油(注意油千万不要多);
  • 8.烧热的锅拿起来离开炉火,将一勺面糊糊倒入,转动锅,让面糊均匀的铺在锅底;
  • 9.再放在炉火上, 小火, 让面饼成型;
  • 10.饼好后轻轻揭起,放在案板上放凉;
  • 11.将猕猴桃去皮切成块;
  • 12.将动物性奶油用电动搅拌器打发到能看到见纹路;
  • 13.将打发的奶油放在饼子的底部,在奶油上放上块猕猴桃;
  • 14.再放些奶油在猕猴桃上,.将它包起来即可;
  • 15.经典的港式甜品----猕猴桃绿茶班戟就完成了。
