一样的月光,,不一样的生活——广式抹茶五仁月饼
又到中秋了,感觉一年的时光过得飞快!

有句话道:年年月相似,岁岁人不同。

果真如此。每年的中秋都是一样的月光,但月光下的我们却都有着年年不一样的生活。想起以前在一个人在外面漂的时候,每到中秋都特别想家,想念亲爱的爸爸和妈妈。想着我什么时候也能有个温暖而美满的家。

后来,自己成了家,每到中秋就想着要回家团圆,要么就捎些月饼回去,帮回不去的我们把心意捎回家。再后来,爸爸去世了。

每到中秋,就难免伤感起来。

今年,公公去世了,这个中秋又有了一些月圆人不圆的遗憾……

生活就是如此,一点一点地发生着变化,从而彻底改变我们的生活。

那些回不去的从前,那些再也回不来的亲人,就这样把我们的生活一点一点地带向远方……

对于月饼,我偏爱五仁馅的,老公也是。于是,自从开始自制月饼之后,五仁馅的月饼便受到特别好的待遇。不但能经常抛头露面,还可以经常性地来些新鲜的花样,享受足了被宠爱的滋味。

这不,今天它又穿着一袭绿衣向我们走来了……

  • 转化糖浆75克
  • 抹茶粉10克
  • 五仁馅750克
  • 花生油25克
  • 枧水2克

Steps to make 一样的月光,,不一样的生活——广式抹茶五仁月饼

  • 1.原料图,我直接把花生油和转化糠浆倒在一起了。
  • 2.抹茶粉和低粉混合搅拌均匀,过两遍筛,使之完全混合。
  • 3.花生油、转化糖浆、枧水倒在一起,充分搅拌均匀。
  • 4.筛入已经过筛两遍的抹茶低粉,用刮刀翻拌均匀,盖保鲜膜稍饧半小时。
  • 5.饧好的抹茶面团和自制五仁馅按2:8的重量比分成小份,我用的是50克的五仁馅和13克的抹茶面团。
  • 6.取一个抹茶面团用手拍开,放入一个团成球状的五仁馅。
  • 7.两只手配合,利用手的虎口把月饼皮轻轻往上推,使之慢慢往上爬,直至收好口。
  • 8.收口后用双手在掌心滚动,使之成为光滑的圆球形。
  • 9.模具装好花片,装入少量面粉,晃动模具使周围都均匀地沾上一层面粉,然后倒掉多余的。
  • 10.步骤8处理好的球形放入月饼模具中。
  • 11.烤盘铺好锡纸,在平整的地方按压月饼模具,然后轻轻推出压好的月饼来。
  • 12.如此做好一盘月饼,注意每个月饼之间要留有足够的空隙。烤箱预热190度。
  • 13.压制好的月饼入预热后的烤箱,中层,上下火。烤5、6分钟,待表面定形后取出,轻轻地刷上一层蛋黄水。
  • 14.继续入烤箱,烤约12分钟,至表面均匀上色至金黄即可关火。
