白灼菜心
白灼菜心,我最爱的蔬菜之一。
以前做菜心都是用炒的,而且觉得一定要把油温烧的很高,热锅快炒,这样才会有锅气,才会好吃。偶然做了一次白灼的,发现原来口感一样好,爽脆多汁,而且更健康哦,还免受油烟之苦呢~~

    Steps to make 白灼菜心

    • 1.将所需食材准备好
    • 2.菜心洗净,撕去根部的老皮。蒜头切末
    • 3.锅里烧开水,水滚后放入适量盐和油
    • 4.随后放菜心焯至断生,大概1分钟左右
    • 5.将菜心捞出摆盘
    • 6.掉锅里的水,倒入高汤、生抽、蚝油、蒜头烧开
    • 7.淋在焯好的菜心上即可
