  • 1.葱切小段
  • 2.蒜拍碎
  • 3.青椒,红椒洗净切块
  • 4. 碗内放酱油,糖,盐,少许淀粉和清水调匀待用
  • 5.里脊肉洗净切2cm-3cm小块,放料酒,姜,嫩肉粉,少量盐抓匀,腌制片刻
  • 6.鸡蛋,磕入碗中打散,放面粉,淀粉,少许盐,少量清水调成糊状,放入肉块包裹均匀
  • 7.起油锅烧微热,依次放入肉块炸至熟透沥油捞出
  • 8.转大火,将油烧滚,放入肉块复炸至金黄沥油捞出
  • 9.锅内留底油,放葱,蒜爆香
  • 10.放入青,红椒翻炒
  • 11. 放入肉块,倒入料汁,淋上少许麻油,翻炒上色入味即可
  • 12.咸香酥嫩
