【蒜汁龙利鱼】细嫩滑口的诱人美味
从来都没有见过龙利鱼的样子,超市里所售的龙利鱼都是已经处理过的,基本没有刺,它细嫩,鲜美的肉质很容易被大众所接受。用龙利鱼做过很多美食,比如,滑嫩的鱼丸,开胃的茄汁龙利鱼,还有做过油炸,都很好吃。但这道蒜汁龙利鱼,是根据自己的经验自创出来的。味道应该是我做过龙利鱼中,最味美的。不同寻常,很是喜欢。

  • 8瓣
  • 蚝油2茶匙
  • 生抽1茶匙
  • 食用油1茶匙
  • 橄榄油1茶匙
  • 黑胡椒粉1/2茶匙
  • 淀粉20g

Steps to make 【蒜汁龙利鱼】细嫩滑口的诱人美味

  • 1. 蒜切碎末,加入蚝油,生抽,黑胡椒粉,食用油,橄榄油,调汁;
  • 2.龙利鱼从冰箱取出,解冻,用厨房纸巾吸取表面水分,斜刀切片;
  • 3.切好的龙利鱼,表面均匀的裹上淀粉;
  • 4.裹好淀粉后,再均匀的裹上调好的汁,腌制20分钟;
  • 5. 腌制好后,整齐的码放在烤盘上,烤箱预热后,温度220度,时间15分钟,放入烤盘即可。
