红烧金昌鱼
好久没更新了今天抽空做道红烧金鲳鱼。

  • 香菜少量
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 蒜瓣2块
  • 耗油2匙
  • 酱油2匙
  • 白糖1匙
  • 老抽1匙
  • 豆瓣酱1匙

Steps to make 红烧金昌鱼

  • 1.金鲳鱼洗净,去除内脏。
  • 2.将金鲳鱼切两刀,加入料酒,盐,葱丝姜丝腌制10分钟,腌制完后将葱丝姜丝料酒倒掉,将金鲳鱼洗净。
  • 3.葱,姜,蒜,香菜叶准备好。
  • 4.鸡蛋一个。
  • 5.准备适量面粉。
  • 6.将鸡蛋液与面粉搅拌均匀后浇在金鲳鱼上。
  • 7.热锅下油,将金鲳鱼下锅。
  • 8.金鲳鱼炸至金黄色。
  • 9.炸好捞出。
  • 10.小碗里加入,盐,味精,白糖,酱油,耗油,料酒,老抽,大半碗热水,搅匀至盐白糖等融化。
  • 11.锅中下油,油热后倒入葱姜蒜煸炒出香味儿后倒入调好的料汁倒入锅中。
  • 12.加入一汤匙豆瓣酱,加入水淀粉,热水。
