芋圆糖水【初味日记】
自己亲手做的芋圆,紫薯、芋头、红薯的香味会比外面买的更浓郁,口感也很Q弹。夏天可以放冰箱冷藏后吃,透心凉,爽!秋冬季节的芋圆吃法也很接地气,QQ糯糯的芋圆搭配温热的红豆汤,加上晶莹剔透的西米,也是绝配哦!

  • 细砂糖10g(每种口味各10g)
  • 木薯粉40-50g
  • 紫薯100g
  • 芋头100g
  • 红薯100g

Steps to make 芋圆糖水【初味日记】

  • 1.芋头、紫薯、红薯洗净后去皮,切成厚度均匀的小块。
  • 2.把芋头、紫薯、红薯块放入蒸笼蒸熟。
  • 3.蒸熟的芋头、紫薯、红薯分别放入三个碗中,用擀面杖捣碎后趁热放入细砂糖搅匀。
  • 4.少量多次地加入木薯粉,用叉子搅拌成絮状。
  • 5.用手揉匀成不粘手的面团。(面团太干可加少许热水调整)
  • 6.揉好的面团取适量,搓成长条。
  • 7.切小粒。
  • 8.芋圆放入碗中,撒上适量的木薯粉摇匀,防止粘连。
  • 9.烧开一锅水,放入芋圆。
  • 10.煮到芋圆浮起后捞出,放入凉水中冷却。
  • 11.芋圆糖水可以随个人喜好组装,可以配红豆汤、西米露、椰奶等食材,味道都是不错的。
