学校门口那个卖烤鸡脖的,馋了我好久,有一次终于忍不住买了根吃吃,其实就是用新奥尔良烤肉粉腌过了烤的~还2块钱一根呢~外面的又不卫生~正好团购烤肉料了~咱就自己做呗~

    Steps to make 吮指鸡脖

    • 1.先把鸡脖子洗干净,淋巴一定要去掉哦!切记!
    • 2.倒入新奥尔良烤肉料,再加少许水,跟鸡脖子搅拌均匀。
    • 3.盖上盖子或者封上保鲜膜,放入冰箱保鲜,腌制。最好是腌一个晚上或许一个白天,那样才入味!(我腌了一个晚上加一个白天)你要是怕不入味可以用牙签或者叉子,在上面叉叉。或者剁成小块。
    • 4.将腌制好的鸡脖子,放入烤箱,200度,30分钟。
    • 5.木木家烤箱脾气小,木木调的210-220度,烤了快50分钟,具体时间还是要根据各家烤箱脾气来定。
    • 6.中途可以拿出来,把腌的时候渗出来的汁,刷在鸡脖子上,为了让它更入味。
    • 7.烤的中途拿出来刷层蜂蜜水,(蜂蜜水=蜂蜜+水 比例1:1),刷蜂蜜水可以使烤肉色泽和颜色更好。
    • 8.就这么简单的。
