  • 韩式大酱2勺
  • 低度白酒2勺(or烧酒)
  • 少许
  • 韩式蒜蓉酱1勺
  • 蜂蜜少许
  • 酱油1/2勺

Steps to make 人人都爱的韩式五花肉料理:韩式营养菜包肉

  • 1.准备好食材五花肉提前泡30分钟,排一下血水,中间换水一次。
  • 2.五花肉冷水下锅,水开后焯5分钟,捞出备用。
  • 3.锅中倒入足量的水,放入2勺大酱,把水烧开,在烧开的水里,放入焯好水的五花肉、大葱、大蒜、姜、香叶、黑胡椒粒、洋葱、苹果大火烧开后,转小火炖40分钟,加入少许盐,打开锅盖炖5分钟(在炖肉的过程中,洗好生菜沥水、大蒜切片、泡菜切块,一勺蒜蓉辣酱、加入少许蜂蜜、少许水搅拌均匀,备用)。
  • 4.肉煮好后,拿出来顺着肉的纹理切片即可!
