  • 4.豆芽出锅
  • 5.青菜焯水
  • 6.焯好的青菜放入凉水中
  • 7.用手挤掉多余的水分
  • 8.青菜切烂
  • 9.青菜放到碗里,加入蒜末、香油
  • 10.加入鸡精
  • 11.搅拌青菜
  • 12.切黄瓜丝
  • 13.红椒切丝
  • 14.焯金针菇和萝卜丝
  • 15.金针菇和萝卜丝分别放入两个小碗里,分别加入鸡精
  • 16.腌制好的五花肉放进热油锅内
  • 17.加入鸡精
  • 18.炒好的五花肉
  • 19.放入石锅、开火、刷油
  • 20.铺好米饭,所有食材铺在米饭上
  • 21.把煎好的鸡蛋放入,关火
