腊野味炒蒜薹
朋友送的湖南特产【野味四绝】一直没敢吃。放入冰箱冷冻了。里面有山鸡,野猪,岩豹子,还有麂子。过年的时候拿出用野猪肉炒了蒜薹,被大家一抢而光,我没敢吃,看来不错。
今天收拾冰箱又拿出来了,随便拿出一包,炒了蒜薹。尝尝味道还真不错。。。

Steps to make 腊野味炒蒜薹

  • 1.准备好野味腊肉和蒜薹。
  • 2.野味腊肉用淘米水泡至10分钟。
  • 3.蒜薹洗净,切成寸断。
  • 4.锅中注入水烧开,将蒜薹焯水后沥干水分。
  • 5.把泡软的野味腊肉,切小薄片。
  • 6.锅中注入油,下入辣椒炒香。
  • 7.倒入腊肉和葱段一起小火煸炒均匀。
  • 8.烹入料酒,加入酱油 糖 和一点清水继续煸炒均匀。
  • 9.煸炒至汤汁收干后倒入焯水的蒜薹。
  • 10.煸炒均匀即可。
