奶油小蛋糕
海绵蛋糕只要鸡蛋打发到位就基本成功了(鸡蛋要常温的天冷就隔温水打发) 相对戚风蛋糕的柔软湿润海绵蛋糕更瓷实些,烤好的小蛋糕挤些奶油撒点糖珠是不是变的高大上了呢?

Steps to make 奶油小蛋糕

  • 1.3个常温鸡蛋和细砂糖放入打蛋盆里。
  • 2.用电动打蛋器中高速搅打(温度低要隔40℃左右的热水打发)
  • 3.提起打蛋器滴落的蛋液不会立刻消失(蛋液体积明显增大了)把打蛋器转低速打几圈即可。
  • 4.倒入过筛的低粉(了分两次加入)
  • 5.用翻拌的手法快速、轻巧的翻拌均匀。
  • 6.挑少许的蛋糊到装玉米油的碗里拌匀。
  • 7.再把拌匀的蛋糊倒入大盆里快速轻盈的拌匀。
  • 8.把拌好的面糊装入裱花袋里。
  • 9.面糊挤到提前放好的纸模里(两盘一共12个)
  • 10.烤箱提前预热150℃中层20分钟左右(时间温度仅供参考)
  • 11.烤好的纸杯蛋糕取出晾凉。
  • 12.挤些剩余的淡奶油。
  • 13.撒些糖珠。
  • 14.人手一个纸杯奶油蛋糕。
