【鲜果香草冰淇淋】
今天,学校庆祝一年一度的“六一”儿童节,为了庆祝这个欢乐的节日。除了给孩子们准备了小蛋糕,还做了这款鲜果香草冰淇淋,缤纷的水果、搭配着经典的香草口味,无论是丰富的口感还是艳丽的色彩,都十分诱人。在拍照的时候,我就已经爱不释手了。

Steps to make 【鲜果香草冰淇淋】

  • 1.牛奶加入30克的白糖,小火煮至白糖融化。
  • 2.蛋黄磕入奶锅中,打散。
  • 3.把牛奶缓缓的倒入蛋黄里混合均匀,边倒边搅拌。(要避免牛奶过热,冲成蛋花)
  • 4.把混合好的蛋奶液小火煮至浓绸的状态,边煮边搅拌,以免糊锅。煮好后晾凉,放入冰箱冷藏半小时。
  • 5.加入几滴香草精拌匀。
  • 6.淡奶油加入20克的白糖,隔冰水打至六成发。
  • 7.把蛋奶糊倒入打发好的淡奶油里,混合均匀。
  • 8.倒入事先冷冻好的冰淇淋内桶。
  • 9.把冰淇淋桶上好底座后装入烤箱。
  • 10.启动和面程序,搅拌20分钟冰淇淋就做好了。
  • 11.做好的冰淇淋是软质冰淇淋,可装入保鲜盒里,入冰箱冷冻两小时,即成硬冰淇淋。
  • 12.做好的冰淇淋挖入杯子里,一层冰淇淋一层水果,美味的鲜果香草冰淇淋就做好了。
