辣煎沙参
沙参养阴清肺,祛痰止咳。治肺热燥咳,咽干、口渴等,属于药食两用。我们这边大多做成美味的小菜,搭配主食吃非常下饭。它是朝鲜族家庭迎宾的毕备菜。

Steps to make 辣煎沙参

  • 1.材料:沙参300克。
  • 2.材料:韩国辣椒酱
  • 3.3勺辣椒酱入碗里调入1勺量的水稀释一下。
  • 4.蒜用刀拍扁切成蒜碎,我用的是半头的量。多放好吃哦。
  • 5.沙参用水洗去泥土,浸泡一会,拔去外皮。
  • 6.用擀面杖轻轻敲松。
  • 7.敲松,展开。
  • 8.依次都敲好。
  • 9.用手撕成约小手指粗细的条。
  • 10.炒锅里多放油,油热下锅干煎。再翻炒去多余的水份。入2克的盐煎黄。
  • 11.入调好的辣椒酱。
  • 12.翻炒入味。
  • 13.在炒成八成熟时放入少许芝麻。
  • 14.在炒九成熟时放蒜碎,炒出蒜香味时调入味精就可以关火了。
  • 15.炒好盛入盘中在上面再撒些芝麻,以装饰。
  • 16.这盘菜冷吃、热吃都可以,有嚼筋,特别下饭。
