烤翅先腌后烤,再刷蜂蜜,外表焦黄,内嫩爽滑。

    Steps to make 蜜辣烤翅

    • 1.鸡翅膀三个,从翅根处将翅膀一分为二,待用。
    • 2.切姜粒少许,放少许美式腌粉。
    • 3.和匀后,放少许辣椒面,生抽,鸡精,和匀即可。静置两小时,期间可以用筷子翻面两次。
    • 4.两小时过去了,准备烤箱,roast档(相当于208度)预热,烤盘铺锡纸,摆上鸡翅。
    • 5.放进烤箱,Roast档25分钟。
    • 6.8分钟后,取出烤盘,在鸡翅面上逐一刷上蜂蜜,再继续放进去烤。
    • 7.再一个8分钟后,取出,翻面,刷上蜂蜜,继续烤。
    • 8.25分钟过去了,取出烤盘。
