香辣豆豉蒸鸡腿
俺家小主很喜欢吃鸡腿,这回我用了蒸的烹饪方法,得到小主的表扬,还用“九三”牌玉米胚芽油烹制,含有独特的玉米的清香,适合煎、炒、烹、炸等多种烹饪方式,食用口感最佳。
看着小主美美的吃着,我的心里也很美。

  • 鸡琵琶腿4个
  • 料酒10克
  • 红烧酱油5克
  • 食盐4克
  • 白糖4克
  • 葱花10克
  • 姜片10克
  • 花椒粒6粒
  • 白胡椒粉4克
  • 小米辣椒2个
  • 辣豆豉1勺
  • 蒜瓣2瓣

Steps to make 香辣豆豉蒸鸡腿

  • 1.准备好原料;
  • 2.将琵琶腿放入料理盆里,放入葱花、姜片、食盐、料酒、红烧酱油、白胡椒粉、白糖花椒粒抓拌均匀,
  • 3.入冰箱冷藏腌制过夜,腌好的琵琶腿,很是入味;
  • 4.将腌好的琵琶腿的料理盆放入电压力锅内,盖盖,蒸制30分钟;
  • 5.待压力锅泄气后开盖,将鸡腿放入盘中;
  • 6.炒锅内放入“九三”牌玉米胚芽油,油温五成热放入蒜蓉、小米辣、豆豉辣酱炒香,淋在鸡腿上即可。
