    • 1.准备青豆、黄豆和黑豆三种豆子。挑大小一致无坏损的。
    • 2.放水泡1小时捞出晾干水,这样炒的时候不会爆皮,也不容易糊。
    • 3.平底不粘锅烧干,放入豆子,小火慢慢翻炒。
    • 4.豆子表面慢慢发黄,搅拌速度要加快。
    • 5.豆子完全金黄,撒两茶匙白砂糖,快速翻拌,若糖有融化现象,可离火搅拌,保持糖不融化还均匀裹在豆子上。
    • 6.糖粒都裹在豆子上后就可停火出锅,放凉味道酥脆微甜。三种豆子分别炒至,做法一样,时间根据不同豆子确定,一般肉眼观察加上尝试,不过黑豆只能靠尝了。
