  • 1.鸡腿去骨后,用刀在鸡腿肉上横切几刀不切断,以免煎的时候鸡腿回缩。

  • 4.然后翻面煎,煎至两面金黄,皮脆。
  • 5.倒入调味汁,小火焖15分钟,出锅切块即可。
