Steps to make 韩式辣萝卜

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.白萝卜洗净,切成片,放入盆中,用盐腌制20分钟。
  • 3.糯米粉50克与450克清水搅匀,小火煮成浆糊状。
  • 4.苹果、梨切成碎末;蒜、姜切碎末;所有材料放入搅拌机中打成泥;韭菜洗净切成段。
  • 5.辣椒面中放入果泥、凉好的糯米浆糊、鱼露、虾酱、糖、盐、韭菜倒入辣椒面中拌匀。
  • 6.用筷子夹一片萝卜,放入调好的酱中,均匀的裹上一层。
  • 7.腌制半天即可食用。
