Steps to make 鲜虾豆腐汤

  • 1.按明细准备食材,瑶柱提前泡发,加点料酒;香菇洗净提前泡发,切四瓣,香菇水留用;大鲜虾洗净去虾脚虾须虾线,内脂豆腐用水果刀在盒内划成均匀方格块,不要太小。
  • 2.锅中热油,煸香葱姜,放香菇粒、鲜虾煸炒至变色后倒入一碗半水,放入冲洗过的瑶柱、紫菜,倒入半袋泡椒豇豆,酸辣味自来,完美调味哈哈!煮至水开下内脂豆腐,豆腐易碎,尽量不要搅动,可拱一下锅底
  • 3.水再次沸腾后一两分钟,加适量盐调味即可,是不是很简单呢?
