Steps to make 梅花蛋糕卷

  • 1.蛋清和蛋黄分离。
  • 2.蛋清和糖放入搅拌机快速打发。
  • 3.再挤入半个柠檬的汁水和面粉轻轻搅拌均匀。
  • 4.准备好草莓酱、香橙酱、可可粉。
  • 5.取少许面糊分别和草莓酱、香橙酱、可可粉调成三种颜色。
  • 6.装入裱花袋,在烤盘中挤出梅花的图案。
  • 7.在图案上挤入薄薄的蛋糕糊。
  • 8.放入烤箱,炉温190℃,10分钟左右拿出。
  • 9.反扣在油纸上稍晾一下,可以看到梅花图案。
  • 10.再次反扣过来,有图案的一面朝下,涂上橙酱,从一边卷起。
  • 11.卷好的蛋糕卷。
  • 12.根据所画图案切成一块块的蛋糕卷。
