吐司里加了牛油果和鸡蛋,再来杯牛奶,就算没有其他食物,早餐的营养也够啦。

  • 1.牛油果切半。
  • 2.剥去皮,切成片备用。
  • 3.取吐司一片。
  • 4.用手将吐司中间往下压实;然后打入一个鸡蛋;还有一种方法是用刀在吐司上划出正方形,不是切掉,是划出个框.再将方框内吐司压实。
  • 5.然后摆上牛油果,撒上芝士碎。
  • 6.摆在烤盘上;烤箱调到180度,预热5分钟,烤10分钟左右,就可以啦!
  • 7.牛油果清香,蛋液柔滑,吐司焦脆,美味!
