  • 1.酵母用温水化开
  • 2.慢慢和成面团
  • 3.30分钟【夏季】发酵2倍大时
  • 4.能看到蜂窝状时
  • 5.把托盘上面刷上油,把发酵好的面团放入盘中,擀成5毫米厚的饼皮,在上面的1/2处涂上油
  • 6.及撒上适量的盐
  • 7.折叠一次后,再在上面的1/2处涂上油及撒上适量的盐
  • 8.擀成饼状,切成几块,上面涂抹上一些水或蛋清
  • 9.撒上适量的黑芝麻
  • 10.之后,放入烤箱第四层,选择发酵功能,嫩度80%,发酵40度,40分钟
  • 11.发酵2倍大时
  • 12.再次放入烤箱,选择嫩烤模式,嫩度80%,210度25分钟
  • 13.25分钟之后,又酥又软的芝麻饼就做好了
