五指毛桃白切鸡做起来也不复杂,只是把鸡用五指毛桃煮出来的水泡浸至熟,鸡肉有着不浓不淡的五指毛桃味道,并不掩盖本来的肉味,不用沾调味料也很好吃。

Steps to make 五指毛桃白切鸡

  • 1.各材料
  • 2.鸡全身抹上盐、酒待用
  • 3.五指毛桃用适量的水煮40分钟左右
  • 4.下姜片、葱、盐、酒
  • 5.火力调到小火,把鸡浸到水里1分钟左右,捞起,晾在空气里3分钟左右,这方法重复三次
  • 6.把鸡放回锅里,五指毛桃水在微沸的状态下泡浸着鸡25分钟
  • 7.开盖,让鸡泡在汤水里至凉,转放冰箱约2小时左右
  • 8.吃时切件上碟,把酱油、麻油、2匙的五指毛桃鸡汤、葱花、香菜末、姜末放一起,用以沾点鸡肉食用
