白果黄豆鲫鱼汤

Steps to make 白果黄豆鲫鱼汤

  • 1.鲫鱼去鳞、内脏,清洗干净划刀。
  • 2.黄豆洗净、白果去衣、心,入沸水锅汆烫捞出。
  • 3.银耳用水浸20分钟,冲洗干净,撕成小朵。
  • 4.锅置火上油烧至4成热,下入鲫鱼略煎。
  • 5.将鲫鱼煎至去皮,露出鱼肉即可盛出待用。
  • 6.锅置火上加适量水烧开,下黄豆、白果、银耳。
  • 7.再次煮开,下入鲫鱼、姜片,转至小火慢炖。
  • 8.炖约40分钟,炖至汤色浓白。
  • 9.调入适量盐提味,再炖2-3分钟即可。
