面条机版的原味曲奇
今天我做的这道原味曲奇有别于传统的制作方法。不用打发黄油,也不用打蛋器,只需一台面条机和烤箱就可以让你吃上酥脆的曲奇。

Steps to make 面条机版的原味曲奇

  • 1.75克黄油切小块,入碗中
  • 2.一颗鸡蛋准备好
  • 3.黄油可以入微波炉中,低温融化,也可以隔热水融化
  • 4.蛋糕粉一杯200克准备好
  • 5.按照面条机的操作步骤,先将面粉和40克白糖入面盒中
  • 6.盖上盖子,启动“全自动”程序,待面粉被搅拌起来后,将黄油液从槽口中缓缓倒入
  • 7.将鸡蛋打散,入碗中
  • 8.鸡蛋液从槽口缓缓倒入
  • 9.条状的曲奇从模具出口出来了
  • 10.用刀子将曲奇条切分成喜欢的长度
  • 11.将切分好的曲奇生坯入不粘烤盘中,烤箱提前预热,180度
  • 12.将烤盘入预热好的烤箱中层,180度,15分钟左右
  • 13.曲奇表面及边缘变色,即可出炉,晾架上晾凉后密封保存
  • 14.做好的曲奇酥酥脆脆的,有别于打发黄油制成的曲奇。味道和口感都不错。
