Steps to make 椒麻小炒鸡

  • 1.胡萝卜青椒洗净切丝
  • 2.土豆丝切丝过冷水
  • 3.平底锅放油,把土豆丝先煎至金黄,盛出备用
  • 4.锅内留少许底油,爆香葱姜蒜
  • 5.放入干辣椒,灯笼椒和麻椒
  • 6.炒出香味后,放入提前撕好的扒鸡肉,翻炒到鸡肉有焦脆的感觉
  • 7.此时放入胡萝卜丝和辣椒丝,继续翻炒
  • 8.最后放入土豆丝
  • 9.加适量盐,炒匀出锅即可
  • 10.成品,辣椒的辣和麻椒的麻相得益彰,好吃的停不下!
