蛋白杏仁酥
让烘焙新手零失败的一款饼干--蛋白杏仁酥,香脆又健康,而且制作过程超级简单,方子参考了圆猪猪老师的蛋白瓜子酥。

  • 玉米油40克
  • 糖粉40克

Steps to make 蛋白杏仁酥

  • 1.玉米油,糖粉,盐和蛋白混合,搅拌均匀至糖粉融化,无需打发蛋白。
  • 2.筛入低筋面粉。
  • 3.搅拌均匀。
  • 4.用勺子装一勺面糊倒入不粘烤盘中,因为面糊比较稀所以会流动成圆形,同样方法摊好所有的面糊。
  • 5.用勺背稍微压一压,使面糊薄厚更加均匀,再放入杏仁片。
  • 6.送入事先预热好的烤箱中层,上下火170度,18分钟(烤制10分钟后,饼干底部会微微上色,戴上隔热手套将烤盘移至上层继续烘烤8分钟左右)。
  • 7.烤好之后晾凉即可食用,又香又脆。
  • 8.吃不完要及时密封保存,反正我家的出炉晾凉之后就吃的一块都不剩了~~~
